Vitality Living of New York Mills is looking for compassionate and dependable Casual Resident Assistants to join our team. This flexible, on-call position is perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference while maintaining a work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Support a positive, respectful, and home-like environment
• Work collaboratively with the care team
